Description

The CBC IPC Meeting brings together owners and AECM professionals for an open, collaborative discussion focused on strengthening partnerships and improving how projects are delivered across Connecticut’s built environment.

This session creates a valuable forum where owners, architects, engineers, construction managers, and industry partners can share perspectives, discuss upcoming project needs, raise challenges, and exchange real-world lessons learned. The goal is to encourage honest dialogue, better alignment, and stronger working relationships.

By bringing both sides of the table together, the IPC helps promote transparency, collaboration, and more effective decision-making that lead to successful, efficient, and innovative projects statewide. This meeting will focus specifically on the Pre-Design and Preconstruction phases, where early collaboration can make the greatest impact.
