The CBC Industry Practices Committee (IPC) is a long-standing group of diverse industry leaders who meets monthly to discuss issues affecting the construction industry and propose program ideas, solutions and procedures to resolve common problems.

The topic for this month: AE and Construction Contracts, What are the Pitfalls?

The IPC Meeting will discuss select contract clauses, accompanied by a discussion about a past case and an analysis of the proposed False Claims Act.
